- Which SOAR platforms do you work with?
- We work with the major commercial platforms and with open-source options. When a full platform would be too much, we build lighter automation with scripts and workflow tools. We recommend what fits your tools and budget.
- Do we need a SOAR platform to start?
- No. Many teams start by automating two or three repetitive tasks, such as handling phishing reports or enriching alerts, with the tools they already have. We'll tell you honestly whether a platform is worth it yet.
- Can you connect tools that have no ready-made integration?
- Yes. Third-party integration development is part of this service: we write custom connectors and APIs that link your security tools to the other systems and services your business runs on.
- How long does a project take?
- It depends on how many tools and playbooks are involved. You get the timeline in writing with the proposal, and we work in phases so your team sees results early.
